Returns & Exchanges

At HANSEN Garments, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all garment tags intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate the return process and receive your authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside to help us identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our Copenhagen warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
